George Ceja

Operations Manager

George grew up in southern California, the youngest of fourteen kids. He recalls his dad, who had a terrific voice, singing Mexican folk songs at family gatherings. George inherited his dad’s love for music. Today, George even creates his own music—modern blues, R&B, and rap. He is a visual artist, as well, drawing everything from old cars in a field to koi in a pond.

His creativity and eye for beauty are great assets in the landscape industry. In 2015, he left work on California golf courses and brought his gifts to Fort Worth. He came with Louise, his wife of more than twenty years, his daughter Georgina, and his son, George Jr. A grandbaby has since been added to the family; George describes her as a “happy, bubbly kid who enjoys coloring and swimming.” She especially loves swimming with Chase, the family dog.

George’s favorite outdoor activities include hiking, biking, and camping. He is a well-rounded blend of active, creative, and devoted family guy.

Brian Hopper

Partner and Regional Manager

Brian Hopper
As husbands and fathers go, Brian is first-rate.  He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Stephanie, for 23 years now.  Their children are Caleb, 17, Claire, 15, and Patrick, 12.  Charlie is the family’s canine member.  Hanging out with this crew is Brian’s favorite activity. He and Stephanie both grew up in the Oklahoma City area and are surrounded here by friends and extended family.  Brian’s first job as a kid was mowing yards with his brothers.  If the yard had a pool, and its owners furthermore allowed the boys to plunge in at their labor’s end, the owners got a discount.

Brian’s love for the hometown people and their quality of life has led to volunteerism.  He serves on the United Way of Norman finance council, teaches 4th graders on Sunday at his church, and is a church elder.  He also cheers for the local university, Oklahoma, which is his alma mater.  His NFL loyalty lies farther afield with the Buffalo Bills.
